Hemp seed is a source of essential polyunsaturated fatty acids. Their mutual ratio in hemp seed is 3:1, which is considered optimal from a nutritional point of view. Hemp seed is therefore an ideal ingredient for a healthy and balanced diet. The high content of total fat-free cocoa solids (31.5%) also increases the content of natural polyphenols in the chocolate, which have beneficial health antioxidant effects.
